    Love this place for teppanyaki. The chefs are fun and friendly. The food is yummy and don't mind making your food to your choice. I always get Shrimp and Chicken. I like my shrimp with extra yum yum sauce and my chicken with teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds.
    I don't like the ginger salad dressing and that's my only real complaint.

    This is absolutely the best teppanyaki in town bar none. The service and the food quality are tier 1. It is also very clean. This is the best restaurant in Summerlin in my opinion.

    Small, clean, nice.
    Very nice chef and amazing food.

    Excellent taste, entertaining and talented chef. The scallops, shrimp and beef were superb. The fried rice was delicious, made fresh while you watch. Birthdays are really special here with a sparkling firework to go with the flaming chocolate ice cream and banana dessert. We enjoyed our unique experience at Hokkaido and will come back again.

    Best Tepanyaki in Las Vegas thus far. Ask for Ronnie as best chef. Great quality food and perfection of meat temp made it an AWESOME dinner.
