Hugo's Cellar

Nice quiet restaurant. We had Eric and Leslie for our wait staff. They were exceptional and very attentive. The food was delicious and the drinks were awesome. I came for my birthday and they gave me a beautiful desert with a candle, don't forget the perfect rose given to the ladies when being seated. The tables were nicely spaced and gave you a sense of privacy and romance.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. Food was good for the most part. Some small miscues. Asparagus was undercooked, but not too bad. Butter tasted low quality, and the bread was so so. Service was okay. They seemed a bit rushed. One guest ordered a soft drink and had to ask for a refill. It took a long time to arrive. We had dinner the night before at a pizza joint the young man who was our server had refills immediately. Strange to think that a kid could out perform the experienced professionals at this establishment. Still, considering how busy and rushed the staff were, I have to give them kudos. A rose for the women, a sorbet sample and dipped strawberries were a nice touch. Pricing was fair about $450 for four dinners.

My husband and I decided to take a trip to Vegas on a whim. It was the weekend of the super bowl and Valentine’s Day and of course it was crazy busy everywhere. We tried to get a reservation for dinner and on Saturday night, every place was fully committed. We decided to go to downtown, we were told about Hugo’s Cellar so we decided to check it out. They were able to accommodate us with minimal wait. The food was absolutely amazing!!!!! The service was so outstanding and everyone was really nice. We were slightly under dressed, but they treated us the same as the table next to us. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again!

Almost brought me to tears with the dessert for our anniversary. Great service, amazing food along with great atmosphere? Loved it. Really try it out!

Wow! Now I can finally say that I've experienced, and can validate, the existence of a true hidden gem. Believe all the hype and then some more. The level of service here is unparalleled. The only way to experience a dinner service of this caliber again would be to plan a return visit!
