IHOP

We had a wonderful experience at this IHOP. It is very evident that the Manager cares about his patrons and staff. We were there on a busy Saturday morning and everyone was friendly and had smiles on their faces. The manager was walking around talking to customers and assisting the staff where needed. Our waitress was attentive and very cordial. Even the busboys were friendly. It was a pleasure to eat here. Thank you for exemplifying what customer service really means. It was refreshing. Keep it up team!

Typical, but so not typical IHOP. We had a larger group of guys from work show up. They were so accommodating and friendly. Always checking in on us and making sure we never had an empty glass. One of the people in our party had an issue with their food and they were quick to replace it and even offered a discount on the meal for the inconvenience. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. This was a popular spot for us to eat due to the low cost food and the great tasting meals we got there. Great work to the staff for working so hard and moving at a quick Pace to keep all of us happy!

Haven't been to IHOP in years. Still got great pancakes even though it was drizzled in sugary syrup and whipped cream. The Monte Cristo sandwich was good too and a generous size. The only thing to make it better would have been adding sprinkled sugar. Service was excellent

Pros:
Food was prepared quickly, service was prompt, I was greeted by every member who crossed my path, felt very welcome. Server honored applicable discounts.
Cons:
The food was much greasier than ihops I've visited in other areas. Granted, I didn't order the healthiest items on the menu.

Overall: Typical IHOP breakfast experience with the exception of a client centered staff and promptness.
