Very friendly waitresses and staff in general, if it's really busy you will definitely have to wait in line for as long as an hour and wait for your food for a considerable amount of time once you're seated, but that's with every other restaurant as well. Only wish they would have one or two more vegetarian or vegan options.

Pancakes are always great here, and takeout is super fast. However, the restaurant always has an unpleasant smell in the entryway and staff appear stressed (though still pleasant). If you want something sweet, I recommend the churro pancakes!

IHOP Is a breakfast restaurant Or you can have lunch there on a happy hour. Hey place to take you and your family. Play chess you and your friends or just you. Great service wonderful food I give them the four star because they got the best food ever.

The service is fast and the food came quickly. I'm a really big fan of the blueberry pancakes and their various syrups. The process are reasonable and you can customize the various breakfasts in a lot of different ways.

Appreciate all the attention it’s very fast every single time that you order specially when you order over the phone it was pretty quick and once you arrive you just need to wait just for payment and then after that they just have it ready for you, I would say sometimes the people are a little bit slow because they’re sleepy so drowsiness is something that you might want to be aware of as the manager of the store because sometimes the employees are a little drowsy and tired so make sure that they are upbeat in the dear physically rested because I see a lot of drowsiness upon them but other than that I would say everything is pretty neat the spot is very very clean and nice really taken care of and the location is perfect off the highways so it’s a really good spot to recommend an overall very very good food. I appreciate all the attention in the cleanness of the spot, it is really well-maintained and has that American style and feel to it.
