I have become a repeat customer at Izakaya Go because of the quality of their food. Everything always tastes so fresh and flavorful. I have tried many Japanese restaurants in Las Vegas, and none of them can even compare to this place. The service is great! All of our waitresses have been friendly and hospitable.

My absolute favorite thing to get here is the mixed tempura. I am very picky with my tempura because I am used to a light and perfectly crispy batter, and that is exactly what their batter is. Also, the tempura sauce is AMAZING. Many places water down their tempura sauces and don't really put in the effort to properly flavor their sauces; however, they don't mess around here. The tempura sauce is packed with flavor and the daikon on the side is what really adds flavor to the sauce.

Every time we go here, we order a bunch of skewers. The skewers are always so amazing and perfectly grilled and seasoned. I didn't take pictures of everything (our party ordered about 20-30 different things), but I wish I did. Everyone's favorite (not pictured) was the grilled lamb chop. It comes with a side of their delicious wasabi ginger garlic paste. I also love getting the tuna belly skewer which also comes with their wasabi ginger garlic paste. A couple of people in our party ordered the shoyu ramen, which they really enjoyed as well.

I am going to be totally honest, EVERY SINGLE ITEM on their menu that we have tried has been absolutely amazing. You have to try this place if you are looking for some delicious authentic Japanese food. They also have a wide selection of sake, imported beers, and more! I'd recommend making a reservation ahead of time because this place gets pretty busy. If you are looking for some authentic and reasonably priced Japanese food in Las Vegas, I'd definitely recommend trying Izakaya Go!

It's a fantastic restaurant. Probably best to call ahead but we usually show up about the time they open and it's usually very chill. Plus sometimes there's a happy hour special. The yakitori is always delightful. I like the curry as well, add cheese for a more interesting experience. The sashimi bowl is divine. Honestly all of the fish courses are delightful. Typical selection of beer but above average selection of whiskey. Enjoy a casual and comfortable experience.

The food's good, LOTS of choices, so definitely can find something that fits any mood.

Will recommend the zaru soba for a great summer meal though. Chicken with Wasabi was definitely a surprise favorite, but really, you can't go wrong with pickled wasabi.

Nice interior, very cozy, great alcohol selection. Will definitely be back.

Love this place. Very friendly personnel. Been here for the first time.
But the variety of food taste and presentation was perfect.
Especially for those who know this type of cuisine that is the place to be. Definitely will come back again
    Highly recommend.

Great Japanese Izakaya experience off strip next to the big China Town block. This small restaurant is tucked away in a plaza with Pho, the Halal Guys, and a Poke place. It is a little hard to find, but trust me, it is well worth it.
The place definitely requires a reservation, because their popularity exceeds the number of tables available.
Check out their catch of the day seasonal menu, and order just from there. They also have regular menu items, but why would you do that when they have fresh fish from Japan available to you?
Service may be a little slow because they are so busy, but the food is excellent. Give it a try, or ask for recommendations, you will be pleasantly surprised.
