Jack in the Box

Love Jack in the box, but the one in trop and Sandhill is not as good as the one in Russell and sunset.

The Homestyle Chicken Sandwich is really delicious! Now they have Tres Leches cake which is so good!

As fast food goes, not so bad. I have to say though, if I'm being honest, not my greatest Jack in the Box experience. I ordered at the drive through and wound up having to go back in. My onion rings were massacred to the point that they no longer even resembled food. A little over cooked, okay send em out, but these looked like they had sat in the oil through three cook cycles.
If that were the only problem, okay give me fresh and we'll call it even however, I ordered said onion rings as part of a combo meal and onto why I felt the need to circle back and actually go into the store. I opened my ultimate cheeseburger that I had ordered with light sauce and found a burger so drenched in sauce that the bottom bun was soggy. I could not believe that this order had been packed let alone sent out to a customer.
Thankfully, however, this review does end on a positive note. When I walked to the counter and showed my order to the nice lady and I didnt even have to say a word, she took it from me, said she would be right back, and to my amazement not only did she come right back but she brought the manager and the fry cook with her! I got a heartfelt apology from said fry cook and the manager. They replaced my order and refunded my card! Top marks!

As long as you tell them clearly any custom food ordered is usually correct.
