Jack in the Box

As with every Jack in the Box I've been to, the food was really, really good! The cheeseburger was hot, juicy and fresh, not sitting under a warmer for who knows how long. There was a line at the drive-thru that moved quickly. I ate outside and the area was super clean, not just hurriedly wiped down and the ground had no litter, not even a stray fry. Staff came out twice to see if i wanted or needed anything and I've never experienced that level of help from a fast-food restaurant before.

If it was truly 24 hours it would be perfect. However it's only drive thru from midnight to 6am, and I don't always have access to a car (I can't drive) nor a delivery app to get my cravings, so I'm often left wanting. Other than that everything has always been amazing fr this location.

I don't think there is enough staff working it always takes so long to get your food. I do believe there is only one person cooking and one person that is at the cash register. It is very frustrating to stand around for half an hour waiting to get food and I don't think that is because the food is cooked fresh when you order. I can go home cook a hamburger and come back and not there still won't be anything for me at Jack In The Box I like the food I just need that there needs to be better workers. And maybe if they weren't so rude and they were more friendly it would make the wait a lot less strained

Is the fast food that you grew up and you know about Good for quick bite and maybe they delightful dessert PS no direct access to the soda machine...
