Jersey Mike’s Subs

The employee on duty was super friendly and courteous! We got 3 different sandwiches with substitutions and the sandwiches were perfect!

Visited this fast-casual restaurant on Monday, Nov 18, 2019, at approximately 1:00 pm. This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's. For sub sandwiches, I either like it or hate it....so in this case, I liked it. But the sandwich isn't what stood out for me. What stood out is the amazing customer service that was provided by the staff members. There were two females and one male working in the front to which provided exceptional service. FAST, friendly, efficient, great oral communication skills, and accurate. These are qualities that seem to be limited these days, and especially at "fast" food/casual restaurants. Recommend others to visit this amazing team and the food they produce. Also, I highly recommend management to give recognition to these staff members...A+ service!

I had a fantastic, fresh sub at Jersey Mike's courtesy of the incredibly friendly employee named Rickey. He was delightful and somehow kept up in a conversation while masterfully crafting a sub.

But let's talk about the details. While I will always take a bigger sandwich, even the diminutive regular ends up being plenty when you devour that stack of meat and the crisp toppings. O/V helped with the thick, but fairly soft bread, which is what you want for a cold sub. (Only had cold so far but couldn't wait to review) All in all it was a solid meal and the only thing I would change is not going sooner.

Gluten free sandwiches. My favorite is the philly cheese. Never have gotten sick after eating there which says a lot. Love it!
