Juan's Flaming Fajitas & Cantina

The food was excellent as was the service, the manager went out of her way for an order I placed to go for something that I didn't see on the menu but they put it together for me. I love Mexican food and this is my favorite place to eat when I'm in Vegas. I've never been disappointed in the food or service and the show they put on when serving fajitas is worth the experience. I highly reccomend this establishment, you won't be disappointed. I live 80 miles away and I make the trip to Vegas 6 to 8 times a year just to eat there.

We were a little concerned today when we entered because we always sit in a booth in the dinning room. The hostess tried to give us a table in the bar, when I mentioned we need a booth she stated in a huff "YOU'RE GOING TO BE WAITING A LONG LONG WHILE FOR A BOOTH" even though I could see both booths 23 and 25 were not only empty they were both bussed and set for new patrons. I was a bit miffed by her making a stink over me asking for a booth it is a rare miss for Juan's. However, once seated it all changed and Juan's was back on point with service and food also it's my birthday today and they sang and gave us a Churro desert. Nice save Juan's. We will definitely be back next week.

You HAVE to get the fajitas here. I loved the pork ones I got, the meat practically fell apart to the touch. And everything from the salsas they use, to the tortillas, to the seasonings are fresh, I'm pretty sure made in house (if not, they are definitely on their game with choosing quality, I bet they are though). Service is amazing too. You may have to wait if you go during dinner time but it is well worth it. Have patience, your taste buds will thank you. Plus once in food comes fast :) Anyways, I truly enjoyed my experience here from beginning to end.

This place never disappoints. The food is always brought to the table hot and so tasty. Chips and salsa are plentiful. The wait staff are so attentive.
This is a great place for a 1st date, anniversary, birthday or any occasion.
Make sure you go there hungry.

It was pretty good. I really enjoyed my time here. Prices were about average, they all think they're serving gold, but service was above amazing!!! Flavor was very good, portions were very good, the overall atmosphere was very nice. I will be going back!
