KFC

I went to a KFC at 1990 N Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89115 and ordered the big box which came with the Crispy Col, Popcorn chicken, Mash/Gvy, and a drink. Andru(Shift supervisor/manger) asked if I wanted to try something else or use tenders for the sandwich since there would a wait I told him no I will wait. After getting my order I arrived home and was ready to eat when I got to the sandwich I was highly disappointed to see two tender on a piece of bread. I called to speak to him when I told him about the situation he offered to get the sandwich remade but I was looking for an apology. I had let him know that this wasn’t cool and he said that he personally didn’t make the sandwich and is trying to do right but to me it would seem that your employees should know to make a simple sandwich I personally don’t think it’s that hard you know just a chicken patty, sauce, and pickles it’s just that simple.

It seems like every time that I've gone here I end up telling myself I'm never coming back. But I give them another opportunity anyway. This location never fails the show a lack in customer care, but aside from that everything is as it should be.
