First time visit tonight, ordering a pepperoni pizza and cold Italian combo sub. Both were excellent! Pizza is thin crust (think NY, not Neopolitan. ) The crust had good chew and great flavor with a fantastic house made sauce.
They also went for high quality cheese and toppings... Italia Sub was great too, it's been a long time since I had a great sub. . Glad to have such good pizza very close to home. They even have a specia. on 2 pizzas m-wed (that really helps these days) Will be back next week to try more!
They are average. Nothing over the top and a step above Little Cesars. I can tell that folks in the Southwest have no taste in food. I understand they are new, but constructive criticism goes along way. The pizza would be better if it was thicker and had better cheese. The pizza as it is is not worth $17, if it was a $10 pizza then it would be legit. The garlic knots had minimal garlic for the size of the rolls, they were big, but with a dab of sauce.
So I was waiting and waiting for Martino’s to open on Fort Apache. Then Covid happened and delayed it. Well, I have to say.....SO WORTH THE WAIT!! The food is amazing. No matter what you get, it’s all quality, made with love and a smile. Atmosphere is perfect and the staff is extremely friendly. I have tried many of the subs and pizzas as well as salads and everything is on point. It’s literally a minute and a half from my house. People in the southwest are do yourselves a favor. Check it out.
Amazing pizza, I'm talking sauce , cheese, dough, all on point. Nice old school oven too
This place is incredible. Don't let the location fool you, it is the real deal.
