They always and I do mean always forget an item, then when you tell them you get additude,eye rolling and just plain rudeness. The employees here could stand to be trained in customer service and how to properly prepare an order.

Okay, so last night I called this mcdonalds because normally, my order gets completely messed up. I had ordered through uber eats 2 nights in a row. The first night i got stuff on my burger that i asked to not have because of allergies. Last night i didn't get the burger that i ordered. I paid extra money for what i didnt get. So yeah, i called. And let me tell ya! If Jessie had not answered the phone, i wouldn't even think to leave a review right now. I'm giving JESSIE 5 stars. He definitely needs a raise because for the first time ever that I've called with a complaint, this guy was calm, respectful, curtious and helpful. I don't know how much he makes, but y'all need to give him more because he is clearly worth it.

This place's drive thru was fast! It didn't take us that long to get our food. They were very friendly.

There great here unlike the pecos and bonanza one where we found pub hairs in our burger's.

Great my sister S.O. Works there and they have good service and great fries best part soggy fries I love fries soggy I’m not being sarcastic I’m being truthful I kinda hate normal hard to move fries but this place is A all right with me. A bit far from my house but worth having those fries.
