The wife, daughter, and I stopped here for dinner and was quite disappointed. The staff was fine, and had good personalities. Bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water to wash your hands. We started off like ordering a large pepperoni pizza, side salad, and fries. The fries and salad was good, but the pizza was burnt on the bottom of the crust and completely ruined the flavor. The booth that we we're set in was very narrow. There was no leg room, and I'm not a big guy, and my feet kept hitting my wife feet, which was sitting directly across from me. They could have made this a lot more comfortable by adding a little bit of width to the table. The pizza price was also a little high, but not extremely. The worst was the food was burnt, which ruin the flavor and the experience.
Friendly staff, good value but most importantly the pizza was awesome. Just what we needed.
I live in New Jersey and I wanted to Ordera pizza for a Friend in Las Vegas and I had a hard time ordering online. The girl who works there was very professional and helpful . They were so patient with me. Pizza delivered on time and the recipients loved it. I don't live in Las Vegas but I would recommend this place
We really liked their pizza. Usually they have great service and food. This time, the bread was not cooked well and there was raw dough in the middle of it. In addition our kids had to go ask for drink refills. Perhaps it was because we visited on a week/school day and it was past 8pm? This is not the norm though. First such experience at this or any of their locations. The waitress was not very friendly (though she was not rude). The bus boy was awesome. He saved the day :)
Metro Pizza is a hidden gem in the heart of Las Vegas. I loved it. The decor is like a set from Miami Vice or Saved by the Bell. The service was great and the staff was very attentive and hospitable. The only complaint and reason I withheld a star was that it took quite a while for the food to actually come out. Having a little inside knowledge of pizza restaurants, I couldn't think of a good reason why it would have taken so long to serve two pretty common orders. Once it did come out, the food was great! I had been craving some good working-class New York style pizza and Metro Pizza does an amazing job of providing an excellent version of just that. The food was good enough that despite the extended time it took to serve the order, I would happily give them another shot.
