Minchia's Cibo Italiano Las Vegas

Phenomenal experience in true italian dining - What an experience!! Loved this amazing restaurant from the moment we walked in - we were greeted warm amd treated like family. We had many amazing appetizers like the muscles, bruschetta, the delicious meatballs topped off with family recipe sauces that delight the soul and taste out of this world. Paired with great italian wine selection, smooth sounds and impeccable service the experience is absolutely perfect. We completed the dinner with lava cake, tiramisu and cheesecake for the grand finale of perfect evening. Complements to the chef and Mr. John the owner which personally came to the table and checked if everyone was happy and enjoying the meals. A true Italian dining atmosphere and experience - absolutely delightful. Totally looking forward to coming back this week!

Greeted by the owner herself. Warm and friendly, treated us like old friends. Wonderful atmosphere, cozy, charming and comfortable. Seating inside or out. Food was superb, from original family recipes, at moderate pricing. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this place. Everytime I come to las Vegas I have to come here at least once or twice. This place is real Italian cuisine to the max. I notice this year that they did change their recipes on some of there items and they did change there menu a little. Not to be honest they just made the recipes much much better their food had better taste then it did last year they are amazing. The server we got was the same one from last year she remembered us from a year ago which was super cool. She told us what their dishes were and told what changed right off the bat since she knew we were returning customers. Not only did he take care of us in every way she also gave us all the info of what's going on in Vegas where to go and what to see. All the new things that were added since last time she saw us. Just put it this way. This is the place I will always come back to every time I come to vegas

Very impressed with this pizza place. We enjoyed the Miami pizza, some shrimp with garlic bread and a couple drinks.

The pizza has great crust and very tasty sauce. The shrimp was great and we really enjoyed the bread.

Our server was very polite and attentive. We will be back for more soon. Very enjoyable.

The food was great and the staff really nice. We sat outside on one of the two balconies. Everyone was impressed and we're definitely going back.
