Monti's Smokehouse BBQ

I came into the Casablanca for the first time for the game. Drinks were good the knights were good but the food. The food was absolutely AMAZING!! Myself and my daughter shared the meatloaf and some mozzarella sticks. No photo of the meatloaf because we devoured it but these mozzarella sticks must be made in house or something I’ve never had any as good as I did tonight. The game has been over and I keep thinking about them.

Monti's is amazing! 100% would recommend for any event! As a wedding planner, I appreciate how great Ryan was to work with the entire process as well as how professional and on top of it the team was on wedding day. Best part - the food is INCREDIBLE! Quick serve time and prepared for any guest count. Do yourself a favor and hire Monti's for your next event!

I organize events for my company and every time we have had Monti's come out, they do an amazing job. Everyone loves their food and the service is efficient. They serve big portions and you won't want to stop eating! The owners are awesome work with and very responsive. They will be back for our events! I highly recommend.

I had the chance to eat at Monti's food truck at a few events around Las Vegas and was stoked when they started to make lunch stops at my work. My go to sandwich is the Monti, their version of a Cuban sandwich, with truck-made pickles. I also really like the Lucy sandwich or the Tupac loaded fries. Great food + lots of variety = the Best Food Truck in Las Vegas!

We had a great experience with Ryan & Montis BBQ. My family and I contacted Montis last minute to cater to us 2 briskets and sides. We didn’t even need to price shop, Ryan jumped into action with a price over the phone and perfect timing to feed everyone after the reception. The food was great, brisket cooked to perfection and the garlic baked beans were a big hit. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Montis!!!
