Napal Baji BBQ

I had such sensational experience there, let's start off by saying that I always seek for authentic Korea bbq. Where i have been to Korea and immerse myself in the culinary culture it offers. I made it my mission to get the full experience of dining and drinking similar to the country's origin whenever I'm back home. This Kbq restaurant is so hip and cool due to its 80s theme that I begin to feel some excitement for what's in store. The wait staff is so attentive, due to it being so busy and their communication among each other is fairly impressive from what I observed. Let's talk about the type of meats that was served, I order brisket, porkbelly and bulgogi, they are thinly sliced and you can order two at a time. However, these meats were cut and sourced from Korea itself. I mean after putting the meats on the grill, the meats was soo juicy that I ordered a second serving without hesitation. They have grape soju FYI, a good amount of kbq restaurants don't, so that's a plus. Another thing worth mentioning was the small serving portions, I am more use to kbq giving mountains of meat and then after I would be in a food coma, I feel Napal Baji does a great job on portion control because after I had finish, I wasn't feeling so heavy and wanted to collapse on my bed. That was a plus, back to the food, meats wasn't the only thing they had that impressed me. There was a grand selection of sides to enhance the meats, kimchi fried rice and the cheese fondue was my knockout sides, and that was one of the few sides that impressed me. The atmosphere, service, and the quality of meats was breathtaking that I have been planning to go back whenever I get a chance they are a 5/5 for me!!!

This place has been all over social media recently, and I’m glad that it lives up to the hype.

There are three different set options, the entire table has to agree on a set. As tempting as Set C is, for our group, Set B was more than enough. The side order and meat options are plentiful!

Order in moderation as they will charge you for leftovers. I admit, I got very carried away and ordered way too much from the start. I would recommend that you order as you go along and enjoy the vibe.

We came for snacks and to drink soju after the BTS PTD concert.. Love the concept of the restaurant! Everything on the menu looked so good...we ended up getting the white seafood soup and kimchi pancake. Can't wait to come back and try other dishes.

I love the vibe of this place! This place will have your soup and food warm the entire time you’ll be eating here. Though they are more pricey, the food was good,and the service was awesome. I ordered the mussel soup and my husband ordered the cheese dak galbi. Per plate is like good for 2-4 people. My husband and I were able to finish the soup, but we kinda under estimated the cheese dak galbi, because it’s a big plate, but still soooo delicious.
