You are wasting your time reading my review when you should be at NoButcher eating their delicious food. I could live off of the potato salad! The sandwiches are to die for! The staff is amazing and so friendly. If I could only recommend one vegan eatery in Vegas, it would be NoButcher.

If I had to recommend one vegan place, it would be NoButcher. I went in for the first time last week. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I could seriously live off of the potato salad. I am so happy to have a favorite sandwich shop. Seriously, why are you even reading this when you just be there, eating their amazing food?!?! Go!

Ate here for lunch since my Son who's vegan wanted me to try it. I must say the sandwich I had was delicious! Lots of flavor and a pretty big sandwich too. The super sweet man behind the cash register was extremely friendly and helpful. It was such a cute and clean space. He was so welcoming.
I ordered the Pulled "Pork" Sandwich combo meal. That came with one side, a drink and a cookie. I'm not vegan, my son is, but you can't even tell it's not real meat! The sauce was so flavorful and the coleslaw that it came with was delicious too. The ciabatta roll was amazing too. If I was local I could see myself coming back for sure.

Great food! Everything we had was fantastic. We tried the Pulled No Pork and the Aloha No Rib sandwiches. Yummy!! The ciabatta bread was so fresh. A side and tasty cookie comes with the Full Combo. Everything was awesome. We can't wait to go back to try more items on the menu!! I wish it was on our side of town but it's well worth the drive!????????

Amazing! It's not possible for to say how incredible this place is! Best Italian sandwich I've ever had (I'm not vegan). I will make this someplace to stop every time I'm in Vegas!!
