Always a wait, but absolutely worth it. Every entree is honestly spectacular. I make it a point to visit when I am in Vegas. The people are incredible also. The staff gives 110% to make every visit memorable.
First off the wait time; we got there around 3pm and waited in line for about 1.5 hours with 20 people in front of us. Don't be fooled by trying to count the people ahead, one of the people in line had 15 people in her party. The service is quick and friendly once you get there. We got the oysters, I was a little disappointed after hearing all the hype about them. They were fine but nothing special. I got the clam chowder which was good.
It was a 2 & 1/2 hour wait in line not really cool. There were no oyster specials which you can't find out from anyone until you've stood in line. We tried to ask one of the cooks (not chefs) and the host/ seating person the response was the same " I can't help you you have to wait in line even for to go orders. It's seriously ridiculous. However is you want the same quality if not better food you can go to the Oyster Bar at the SANTA FE. The menu is exactly the same with little or no wait. If just want it to go they have a designated to go counter with a real ❤ caring person.
I would highly recommend the SANTA FE OYSTER BAR over the Palace Station Oyster Bar any day of the week. It's a very well kept secret I would guess. It's worth the drive to SANTA FE STATION.
I almost hesitate to leave a great review because I would love to keep The Oyster Bar at Palace Station a secret. It's too late for that. There's no place like it. I typically won't wait in a line for anything I'll wait here for however long it takes A two hour wait? Big deal. I'd wait 3. Dinner and breakfast, you bet. In my opinion it's the best seafood in Las Vegas.
