Best customer service ever! James was such a delight greeting us, did not rush us on deciding our order and went beyond the generic customer service and made it a personable experience. Food was fresh and hot—delightful visit today.

This is just around the corner from my office and has become a lunch “go to”. Their sandwiches are delicious, their Barbecue chicken Mac and Cheese in a bread bowl is my all time favorite. For desert you want to choose their cookies. Large, homage, and delicious! The kitchen sink cookie tastes 1000 times better than it sounds. The service is fast and food has always been great. I have been over 20 times and each time has been just as good!! It is hardy, filling, and very affordable for the quality of food,

An office favorite for lunch! Frequently use the website to place orders as pick up. Site is very user friendly, allows you to customize your order and we’ve never had any mistakes.
My first experience coming into the restaurant, I used the self serve kiosk to place my order-very similar to the website-easy to navigate.
Staff was friendly, dining area was clean and order was finished in a timely manner.
Food is very consistent, never experienced any issues.

I have visited this Panera several times for pick-up, orders to-go, and have eaten in the restaurant.
Each time, I received fresh quality food that has been very good. The restaurant was nice and clean and I received great customer service from friendly employees. (A cashier, Makayla, was very helpful with her assistance during a visit when I was ordering several items).
I really enjoy the Caesar salad, toasted turkey and avocado BLT sandwich, vegetable soup, corn chowder, and the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich. They also have several different kinds of bagels (I like the plain one, cinnamon-swirl raisin, and chocolate chip). Loaves of bread are also available and can be sliced (I like sourdough).
    I also enjoy their cookies....especially the “lemon-drop.”

So walking in to this place it was pretty empty but it was 8. There's something called rapid pick up and that was nice. Just walk in and grab your order and go. So first hiccup is they just tossed the bagels loose in the bag. They weren't in their own separate plastic bag. Not to mention they were hard as rocks. However they quickly fixed my order and even have me a free cookie and drink. Now I didn't pay for the cookie however it's raw in the middle and hey I'm not one to complain about cookie dough. Now the next issue and a very big factor in why it's not five star is because of the meat and the lack there of. As you can see there wasn't nearly enough meat for the sandwich. Also the meat had no flavor or seasoning and I had to salt it. Over all not to bad of a experience
