Paulie's Sweet Scoops Ice Cream Parlor and Bakery

It's a cute little ice cream shop/bakery. The only thing was they had limited flavors of ice cream due to someone being out sick. But the flavors they had were delicious. S'mores and Not your mama's pumpkin pie. Both delicious. The waffle cones are the best I've ever had. Crunchy and sweet, yet sturdy, like a cookie. Definitely will come again.

Great ice cream and flavor line up (Do yourself a favor by getting the waffle cone, they're fresh). Service is also outstanding, it feels like your neighborhood bakery/dessert place.

This place is our now go to place for Ice Cream. You walk into the facility and it is clean, smells delicious and the gentleman at the counter this evening was sweet (kudos to him)! They offer vegan options that are nut free too so my l.o can enjoy! They offer taste tests for anyone who is willing to try all their amazing flavors!

Phenomenal little ice cream and bakery store. They serve delicious homemade ice cream and baked fresh pastries.
We had a few different ice cream 🍦 flavors and everything tasted delicious and amazing.
We have also tried Dole Whip and it is very tasty and refreshing.
Their waffle cones are the best tasting and they are homemade too.
We had a great experience. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The store is very clean, and beautifully decorated with Las Vegas pictures on the walls.

This place is the best! The kindest owner explained to me all about what they make and let me try any ice cream I wanted. He makes all ice cream and pastries in store and even makes homemade pizza dough that they sell frozen. I got some to try and can’t wait to see how it comes out. Will definitely be back. Get the fluffy Nutella ice cream it’s amazing
