Pho Sing Sing

I don't know anything about Vietnamese food, which is why I chose to eat lunch here while my car got worked on down the street.
The first thing I noticed when I entered was that I was the only "big-nose" person in the place. "Ah, it must be good if the local Vietnamese like it!"
I sat down at a table, and a woman brought a menu. I scanned it but found it overwhelming. "Do you have anything vegetarian?"
She offered some suggestions, and I took one, which was a plate of fine noodles topped with cubes of roasted tofu and assorted other vegetables. A little bowl of sauce was served on the side, and I poured it on top.
Well, this was so delicious I kept thinking about it the rest of the day! My compliments to the chef! I think he was probably the husband and the wife was the waitress, who also appeared to be the bookkeeper, going over things by the cash register when I went up to pay the bill.
One surprise: a sign that said "$15 minimum for credit card." My tab came to around $11, but luckily I had a little cash, so all was well.
Love this little place!

Very quaint, family-run business with great service and exceptional food. If I ever return to Vegas, this will be the first place I have to eat. #33 is the best choice!

This place was awesome. The woman who waited on us was very pleasant and friendly. Very fast turn around to get the food. The Pho was absolutely the best I have ever had. My daughter is a noodles only person and they were happy to accommodate. This will definitely be a regular stop on any other trips to Vegas.

I’ve gone to Vietnamese restaurants all over the country, and this was one of the best places I have been to. The pho is excellent, and the dessert drinks were as good as one could ask for. Service was quick and very good as well, easy five star rating.
