Pizza Hut

Placed my online delivery order about 1 week ago. I forgot to add ranch to my order. I had a hard time getting through to fix my order. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone, I spoke with Joslyn (hope I spelled it correctly if not, sorry) she was amazing and very helpful. They were short staffed and still delivered top quality pizza! I think the company itself should come up with a better method for orders that need to be corrected. We should be able to have some form of online communication so people at the store don't have to worry about answering the phone when they are short staff or extremely busy. They actually use a call service for people who still call orders in. If they can use that method for new orders they should be able to use that method for corrections or edited orders. That is a company issue not an employee issue. For the staff and pizza quality I give 10 stars.

Great pizza! Sure wish there was a dispensary nearby to help me enjoy it more ???? probably would buy more pizza also.

This is our go to Pizza Hut - the service is friendly and the orders do not get screwed up - expectation level is low so satisfied with experience
