    I generally like pizza hut; however, my last 2 visits were a flop. And again they could not locate me in there data base after purchasing dozens of pies from that particular store.

    On top of all else, the service was exceptionally slow while the attitude did not enhance customer relations or make the consumer feel good about patronizing this establishment.

    Hopefully Pizza Hut can correct their image & management before I try them again.
