PKWY Tavern Flamingo

The bar was nice. Dj was okay. A fight broke out and a huge security guard pushed me and made me spill my drink. Mind you I was about a good 15 to 20 feet from the fight. So that really ruined the mood. But my friends and I dried me off and tried to enjoy the rest of our night. Wasn’t very packed for a Friday night surprisingly.

Great place for beer lovers. They have large like a hundred beers on the menu. Friendly personnel. Large outdoor area with games to play.

I like this place. Different games to play, space to dance and a variety of drinks to choose from. Popular Music. You don’t have to be in College to enjoy...bring your friends and choose an area that suits you. 30-40 somethings can easily have a good time with out feeling out of place. Depends on you.

I was well over the average age range for a night like this, but they welcomed me as one of their own. Five stars, will be back pretending to be younger and hip. Great place to get my midlife crisis started.

If you are in the mood for a watering hole that has a wide selection of beer, this place will not disappoint. The environment is fun, and the bar staff is friendly and attentive. Based on my experiences, I would not come here for the food. The Bavarian Pretzel isn't too bad...it is huge, but the dipping "cheese" leaves a lot to be desired. A side of mustard is a better option. Other than the pretzel, there is not anything on the menu that I have had that would make me want to eat here again. It is a good beer bar, though.
