Updating with a new review since the last one was a year old:
This place is so consistent and the food is GORGEOUS.
Housemade noodles, rich broth. I've been coming here for several years and they've been so consistent and it's so good for the price.
I always get the same thing every time I come here:
Shoyu with extra noodle, chashu and bamboo
Staff is always friendly and quick, location is always clean and I swear this has to be the best place I've found
Affordable and delicious authentic ramen.
Amazing Ramen! One of the best I have ever had. Super friendly staff and order came out quick! You can't go wrong with these guys!
Great ramen here. I personally am a huge fan of chicken broth ramen so the fact that they have like five types or just chicken ramen is amazing. I also love their pork don - so much flavor and meat in one bowl. Crispy and delicious pork with smoky flavor. Their staff was great too and always made sure we were good. He even offered us this fresh chili paste that is so good in the broth and don as well! Very good amount of spice and just enough heat and sweetness. Will definitely go here and their other restaurant yuzu again.
Ambiance: A few small tables and bar seating
Service: Friendly, prompt
Food:
- SHIO: With all the popularity of pork tonkotsu, a simple, "clean" chicken-based broth is hard to find. This bowl stands out in how well its chicken broth, tare, noodles, and toppings are composed and balanced. Noodles were thin, alkaline noodles with the right chew. It was a refreshing bowl of ramen 5/5
- TORI PAITAN (w/ black garlic oil): Having attempted to make tori paitan ramen, I am always impressed when a restaurant does it right. Not too heavy, well-balanced like the shio. Garlic oil adds some heterogeneity to the dish 5/5
- Condiments like vinegar and pepper are available to use if you want to change up the flavor a bit as you eat
Would eat here again to experience a carefully constructed bowl of chicken-based ramen. Great price point too. Where many ramen shops are creeping up to the $15+ range, their bowls hover in the $10 range.
Hashi is hands down the best Ramen joint in Las Vegas and possibly the country. It doesn't get any better, trust me, I've searched high and low. I've been to at 10 Ramen places in Las Vegas and Hashi is THE BEST. The do not have all the frills and menu items as other ramen places, but what they do is execute everything on their menu to perfection! Customer service is polite, the restaurant is super clean and the ramen is PERFECT!
