My favorite Tonkotsu so far! Excellent Blue Fin Tuna Sashimi too! Great service and prices.

This place, in my opinion, is the only gourmet ramen place in Vegas as of January 2020. The fact that the chef recommends a fish-based ramen should tell you something. Flavor is authentic Japanese, noodles are fresh. I need to come back here to try the entire menu, but so far so great.

Forget about going to any other Ramen shop in town. Homemade noodles, rich flavorful broth and excellent service. Go has done it again, thanks for blessing our palates.

I came here after shopping at O'Reilly's next door by the time I was done it was lunch time. Ramen Show is totally different from another joint that sounds similar yet not the same. There's nothing fancy schmancy just simple decor enough to get by for what it has to offer. While it's still soft opening (10% off each item) they really have it going on and I'm not being paid to say this, but for eleven bucks shoyu tonkotsu (choice of shio, miso, shoyu) is one of the tastiest I have try last few weeks. Broth is hearty and flavorful not oily or salty just right. Noodle is fresh not zigzag strands from package. I would've to say its definitely classic ramen noodle that I truly enjoy. Pork belly is so tender that I can swallow without chewing not exaggerating man I kid you not. Gyoza is tasty and yummy although wrapper is a bit oversized for what its wrap in, but still worthy of trying. As a business owner myself I support local businesses as much as I can and I'll be back to try kimchi fried rice haven't had any fried rice over half a year.
