Shake Shack

Sped here to have my sister from Washington try Shake Shack for the first time and arrived about ten till close. Whew! I’m sure the employees were not happy, but they served us with a smile. The cashier, don’t know his name, was great at giving recommendations and made us laugh out loud with his enthusiasm for the menu options!

My sister loved the fries and the Hot Cocoa Shake! Thank you for making a first timer pleased and a reoccurring customer proud.

I hate myself for going here. The price is way jacked up. Like for $15 I only get fries, a burger, and a shake. I can spend $8 at In and Out and get the exact same thing. BUT the food is really good. That's why I have to return. The burgers are incredible, the fries are alright, and that shake is to die for. I feel horrible every time I come here because I know it costs a lot, but sometimes its worth it.

Burger SO delicious, I didn't add anything to it. I ordered pickles and cheese at the counter but it was so good I didn't add ketchup or anything.

My daughter had a hamburger with pickles access added ketchup and mustard and ate every single bite she also has the chocolate peppermint shake and said it was good.

However, the reason for 4 instead of 5 starts is their lack of kid sizes or a kid meal. The shake was nearly $6 and a 6yo could never bring that much so called off it went to waste (I can't have the ingredients so couldn't finish it). There isn't a kid size or a kid meal. Adding that, especially with slightly lower price to match, would make this a 5 star family place.

The host Tyrena that took my order this evening was great. A couple of weeks ago, Shake Shack had messed up our entire order. We were quite disappointed. Spoke to the manager which he was very apologetic. He said he would gladly send us some coupons for our future orders. I went there this evening not sure if they would accept the multiple coupons in one order. I explained to her the previous situation and she stated it wouldn't be an issue. She was extremely pleasant with me. Now, that's great customer service from the manager and the host. Thank you for that. Plus, the food was delicious. Greatly appreciated.

Good food but you should get more for the money. The burgers are small. But it was good. The customer service was great and they keep the ace very clean. They also have board games you can play. I gave 3 stars for the price and portions you get.
