Hip little spot. When I say little, yes, that's what it means. Very popular so it can get very crowded in the evening at least. I had a wonton soup with the hand pulled noodles w/ cucumber appetizer. Simple yet very satisfying. Prices are good. I like the energy of this place even though it can be claustrophobic. I went by myself because trying some place new is always best when done ALONE. I will go back.

The noodles were excellent, perfect texture. I prefer my broth a little richer and more flavorful, but it was good. My mom got the spicy wontons and I can’t handle too much spice but I tried it anyway. They were definitely spicy. We waited for about an hour to be seated. Unfortunately I just didn’t think the noodles were so good that I would come back when the broth just isn’t my favorite.

The hand pulled noodles are delicious! First time visit due to Yelp has 1700+ review with 4.5 stars. When we got here, there's a line even at 4:30pm. We waited for 15 minutes and got seated at the bar. You can see the chef making fried rice and making noodles. The Shang's beef noodle soup is a must order. The beef is so tender and broth so flavorful. The seafood noodle soup is good too. Will definitely visit again when I am in Vegas

There was a long wait, but after getting to the front of the line I realized why! The food was delicious, and everything was very reasonably priced. I love the personal spin of getting to watch the chefs prepare the noodles by hand, and it's a very cozy atmosphere. Will definitely return sometime, though I might wait till it's a little less busy. Delicious food and nice staff, would recommend!

I've had beef soup noodles all over China, Japan, and even a few places in the USA, so I think I know my beef soup noodles. Visiting Shang Artisan noodles almost made me cry it so was so good. The broth was perfect. Not too salty, yet packed with flavor. Large, soft chunks of beef perfectly cooked. The noodles are fresh and chewy...you can watch them being made if you get a seat the counter. The spicy wontons are also worth getting. These might be the best beef soup noodles I've ever had. The place is small, clean and unassuming. The staff is friendly. I will be returning here in the future.
