Exactly what I expected and more. Fast and good portion for $14 dishes. Succulent roast duck almost perfectly cooked with robust flavor. One of the best roast duck I tasted in a long rime, even better than Hong Kong. Seafood hot pot was good, but a bit too salty for both of us. It lacked that flavor, but still good. String beans with minced pork was good, but again too salty and lacking just a bit of that flavor, but still good according to my standard. Overall, a very good place for a solid Chinese comfort food. Now as always, the service was awful and I repeatedly asked for Chilli sause, but never got it. At one point they just ignored me. At least, they didn't yell at me like some places. This is the nature of dining out at Chinese restaurants. It's their sinature cultural distinction. LOL. Anyway, definitely worth trying once.
The food is great and there were plenty of people waiting for table before 8 pm.
We ordered pan fried cod, curry clay pot beef brisket and pepper and salt pork.
The fish maw soups are also highly recommended.
Food is, as usual, excellent. I must say it's one of the best, if not the best, in Las Vegas. And the price is reasonable.
We were recommended to go here by the girls working at Tea Way Plus. Food here was just ok. We ordered the seabass and the portions were small so we had to do two orders. Several of the pieces were just bones. The seafood tofu pot was mostly tofu and squids. The most expensive dish was a vegetable dish (garlic bean leaf). I would recommend to stay away from ordering vegetable dishes here as it's really over priced. The wonton noodle was just ok.
