I ordered from grub hub and omg, the best soul food I have ever had in Vegas! Plus their customer service is A1. This will be my go to from here on out. Plus the prices are so affordable. Don’t hesitate, please try this food out ASAP! (You will not regret) ????

Best shrimp egg foo yung and fried rice, great gravy not overly seasoned. Portions are good and the food is very good and reasonably priced... I've been here several times and not one time I've been disappointed. Will continue to be a customer..love It!!

I finally had an opportunity to check out Soul Foo Young as it's a fusion of Asian Southern cooking. It's unique combinations of delicious fried rice/egg foo young and chicken wings or other soul food options makes it one of the most unique pick-up comfort food spots I've ever been to in Las Vegas. They have a few chairs in which you can dine it for a short period of time as well.

I ordered the famous dish "Bruce Leroy" which consists of four chicken wings and veggie fried rice. It's also recommended for first-timers to try this dish. It did not disappoint as you have the option to have lemon pepper seasoning or hot sauce on your wings as well. The fried rice reminded me of neighborhood Chinese food spots back in the Midwest. Pure childhood nostalgia set in for me. It's located in the hood where it's good in Las Vegas.

The only setback for me is there's MSG in the soy sauce which of course makes the rice nice and flavorful. If you need to monitor your salt intake, you may want to see if they can prepare the fried rice without the soy sauce. Otherwise, I would recommend trying some other delectable dishes they have available.

I'm not even sure where to start with this review..... I guess I can start by saying that the people in this restaurant are truly sincere. I felt like I knew everyone that I spoke with. Ms Georgia was excellent with explaining everything that was on the menu, she broke down what she thought that we wanted, and all I can say is that it was damn good!!! The chicken was cooked to perfection, the yams were sweetened just right, and the mac and cheese almost made me cry. This was truly off of the beaten path for a tourist like myself, but it was truly worth it.
