Stacks and Yolks

Place is was just, eh. The food was delicious, but the service was mediocre. Waited at least 15 minutes to order at a time that really wasn’t that busy. Never had my water refilled, sat a table with food reminisce on it, and waitress forgot to bring the check. Woulda hoped for better with a place that really does make great food.

It is rare that I leave a review less than 4 stars. I am rather understanding of mistakes and people who work for you that make a poor experience and are out of your control. However, when there is plenty of waitstaff and never was I asked to refill my coffee, we are off to a bad start. Then it took 40 minutes for a simple eggs and bacon order that was still incorrect upon arrival. Bacon undercooked, hashbrowns were just sliced potatoes, hardly cooked and overly seasoned. Not sure what happened today, given my last experience was much better. What I can say is at least the manager comped our meal without question. For that, I changed from 2 stars to 3.

Been to Stacks and Yolks a few times. It's good food and the kids loved it! I wish the place was bigger, it starts to get chaotic due too lack of space.

Awesome breakfast place. Seated quickly, simple but tasty menu, great food quality and portions. The staff was always one step ahead and ready to serve. The manager came up to check on us which I thought was cool. The cleanliness and great staff is what I liked most about Stacks & Yolks. Definitely would come back.
