Starbucks

There was a semi-ling line in morning on a Sunday. But the line moved quickly. People who ordered ahead seemed to pick up their order with ease. Short wait for my order after ordering. Plenty of seats and tables available. Clean and bright environment.

Large Starbucks but with a rather cold (not cosy) atmosphere and horrible acoustics. The location is good since there are several other restaurant chains close by, e. g. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Jack in the Box.

I asked and made sure to emphasize to the cashier that I would like if they could add a little whip cream to the bottom of my drink, and the cashier told me that he would make sure it was done. When I received my drink there was no whip cream added to the bottom. Either he was lying to get the order transacted or it was a difficult task to ask of them or they need to quit rushing orders. Either way I did not feel like waiting for someone to remake the drink. It’s not a huge deal but I’m baffled that such and easy adjustment couldn’t be granted…
