Food was good but a very very limited selection. But don't expect any variety of caviar at the caviar "bar". 1 type and miniscule portions served on microscopic pancake. They did have lobster tails and crab legs. The Prime Rib was overcooked and the "steak" nuggets were so well done it was impossible to cut. The lamb looked good but I did not try. In my book it wasn't worth the money. Sorry Sterling, but it was a big swing and a miss
They don't have many choices, but what they do have are at the best quality. Personally, I prefer quality over quantity. Service was also great. I would go there again
The second time I have been to this. My Champagne glass was never empty. Food is all the greatest hit form every buffet. I was a little did heartened that the price went up 25$ but I understand that inflation happens. So now the price is 125$ per person. They also moved the bloody mary bar over to the actual bar area.
I just visited the brunch: Most of the items are overcooked or not hot enough - you could expect that for such a high price point. Dessert was okay but nothing you couldn't find on a different buffet in Vegas. It was a nice experience but I think I wouldn't come back :)
Went on Sunday (be early as they close at 2:30 and you need a minimum of 1-hour). Smaller portions but an absolute culinary delight. Be prepared for a very high per person charge, but absolutely worth it.
