Collard greens and green beans are the best in the Vegas area that I've had, and I've been to almost every BBQ joint from Boulder City to Henderson and LV. Beef rib was tender and well smoked but, it wasn't very big. It's not the Texas sized Dinosaur bones but, we just don't have that anywhere in Vegas... still searching for best beef ribs in LV.

Phenomenal BBQ joint. I can only suffice that anyone who didn’t give this place 5 stars likes Cali BBQ, weak smoke, no char, and wants their bbq to fall apart all over the place. This is real BBQ. Very similar to Southern BBQ. Great flavor, you don’t even need their fantastic sauces. If you want to taste some actual BBQ in Vegas that isn’t Peking Duck…. This is where it’s at. A+

This place is awesome. The brisket is phenomenal and my wife loved the pulled pork. Also, the owner, Steve, was there with his family and actually stopped by our table to chat with us during our meal. Awesome food, awesome service, just a great place. (I ordered the dump truck and I was definitely worth the price)

I love this place! The food is great. However, I went today and received literally 4 thinly sliced pieces of brisket with my entree leaving me completely unsatisfied. I think for the prices paid more meat should be served with it. I don’t know if I will be back after my plate today.

Brisket was tender. Bacon potato salad was good and collard greens wasn't too bad. The sauce had a little too much vinegar for my husband taste. Husband said mac n cheese was cheesy but needed more salt. The hot link sandwich was a little hard to eat. I had to take the casing off to eat it. It made it tough. Over all it was good. I would recommend using a different casing or slicing it to make it more enjoyable. We're from Texas so we're use to a deeper smoke flavor but all in all I would give it 3 1/2 stars.
