Nicely decorated restaurant. It's a part of Mi Casa, left is Mexican food, right is sushi. There's a sushi bar. Dishes are more like tapas. Great presentation of food. I had the chicken wings, the sauce was really finger licking good.

Su Casa Silverton! Fantastic experience! The food at Su Casa is delicious.

The service is outstanding, no wait when I went and the restaurant feel is nice and cozy.
The Miso soup was delicious, The Nigiri was very tasty and smooth on the pallet

The rolls were very well prepared and every dish was fresh. I definitely recommend Su Casa to anyone wanting to try fusion sushi.

Su Casa is own by same owner of Mi Casa with same shared space. It may be daunting trying to figure out where to sit. Just remember sushi to your right just look for turquoise color high chair and mexican to your left. Chef Shane on duty training his underling on how to prepare and get it running before 5 p.m opening. A little wait time, but I don't care with weekend around corner longer wait, the better and fresher. Start out with Blue Point Oyster as appetizer. Oyster are shuck less than an hour no fishy smell or discoloration. Waitress Misha gave me housemade ponzu sauce to try. She was on point with recommendation. Unagi roll perfectly made rice not falling apart tuna stuffed inside was fresh too. Haikkado peach tea wasn't water down you can taste peach flavor and kikori whiskey. I usually like Suntory, but I'm open to try other whiskey as well. Guess what? Why pay USD $14-17 for a cocktail on the strip when you can get it for $8 saving enough to perhaps get another drink, roll, or dish.

What a great addition to the Silverton casino. The grand opening is today at 11 but I was able to come meet the owner and enjoy the “play day”. The food is great. Oysters, sashimi, sushi burritos and more.

You’ll be pleased to find a sushi restaurant that isn’t like all the others. The owner has gone above and beyond to make sure hey have the best quality and service you’ll find.

I’ll be back tomorrow for more...
