    Never have I been impressed with a chain restaurant.

    Given the scope of a ‘fast food chain’ I can’t recall rewarding a chain 5 stars on Google Map ratings. The bar is high, they know and train to standards set by corporate folks. Usually 5 stars here means it’s worth traveling 2-3 hours out of your way to see / dine. So here is what the fuss is all about here.

    1. Quick service. The crew on this date processed 14 people in under 12 minutes. Fast.

    2. Friendly. They were tired (you can’t face that very well), but they smiled and greeted everyone the same. That’s class folks.

    3. They handled an error very well. Will not give full details. Nothing affected the end product, but my order went out of the normal sequence. The team recovered and moved on professionally.

    Hats off to you and your crew here. You can’t get a better product for the price point at this food court.
