Sushi Hiroyoshi

Exceptional. Our group of 3 made the trek from the Strip for this sushi based on the reviews, and it was 100% worth it. 2 of us did the omakase, and I would rank this the best I've ever had outside of Japan. So fresh the fish melts in your mouth. I loved the special touches in the menu, such as a side by side tasting of uni from California and Japan--it was so interesting to taste the flavor difference from different waters. Our server, who was also the owner I believe, was kind and gracious... she and the chef are from Hokkaido and she spent a lot of time educating us on the different fish and flavor profiles. She was fun to chat with, and I learned a lot. Walked out so impressed, I immediately texted 3 friends and told them to add this to their Vegas "must eat" places. Recommend making reservations as the restaurant is small, and as with most sushi places, the counter is the best seat in the house (just 6 seats here).

Unassuming little restaurant in a strip mall with absolutely amazing food! I've been a fan of Japanese food for a long time but the flavors at Sushi Hiroyoshi are unique. Be sure to get the five kinds of mushrooms. Gracious service with artfully presented dishes. Only six tables and a sushi bar so reservations are recommended

This place is truly a hidden gem! Their menu is nice and simple and their sushi is amazing! You can tell the fish is fresh. It just melts in your mouth. So glad we found this place!

Finally a real Japanese sushi restaurant! Small menu, tasty, simple, amazing... remind me the fantastic sushi from Japan.
If you are looking for quality, that is the best place... of course for quality you have a price to pay.
