Delicious food, and awesome customer service. Food was ready quick and the staff made sure everything was great. Definitely highly recommend and will go again.

The love place. Been going to this place for years. The new place rocks. My order got messed up and they quickly corrected it and were super nice and awesome 5 stars all the way. So great food and awesome service check it out

Cozy atmosphere with 3 TVs, probably great for football season. Great food at reasonable prices. The chicken is really good here, on par with the likes of Raising Cane's. It's also got the kids' seal of approval! The soda machine is no Coke Freestyle but it has flavor spritzers for vanilla, strawberry, etc so you can make a good strawberry lemonade.

Delicious fingers and wings. We sampled sauces and sides too. The Mac and cheese was creamy and tasty. The potato salad was good. Sauces were good. The only issue was the fries were soggy, flavorful but soggy. We will definitely be back again. Glad Chicken Shack is finally on this side of town.

The staff were so friendly, and our order was perfectly accurate and came out fast and fresh!

We ordered the chicken fingers, plain, with BBQ, ranch, and honey mustard sauces on the side for dipping. The chicken is so tender and juicy with a perfectly crunchy breading, and we loved all the sauces we tried!

My son ordered a double cheeseburger, which was huge! The patties had a great, grilled flavor, and he loved the poppy/sesame bun and fresh veggies.

The fries are super yummy---hot and crispy. I'd love to try them chili-cheese style next time.

We loved the casual atmosphere with TVs and clean, comfortable seating. And of course we love that we can refill our own drinks.

Having both chicken and burger options made my whole family (ages 2 to 62) happy, and we look forward to going back!
