THE PLUGG BBQ

This place has a very authentic homemade taste to all of their food. The ribs and brisket are hefty in size and both are extremely tender and moist with a smokey wood taste. Pay extra for their remarkable homemade barbecue sauce! The mac & cheese is my favorite that I’ve had so far in the Las Vegas area, creamy, thick, and flavorful. All the sides I’ve had including the greens, potato salad, and the beans taste like it came from someone’s kitchen and not a restaurant. I’ve only have had delivery so far but I called to let them know how much I loved their food and they were a pleasure to speak with. Check them out!

Went there last night! Customer service was incredible, so was the food. I had (2) of the Samplers to go. It’s Real bbq, can’t get the same quality from these chain restaurants. Just try them out! I’m curious about their brisket. I’ll swing by again soon.

You know when you go in to a BBQ joint you might expect someone to greet you with a warm hello and if your are anything like me you like to feel welcomed by a humble chef and server, this is the place to go. I was greeted like family and immediately knew I'd be coming back some day. Established during the height of a struggling time of covid you should know they offer that comfort food that we all know we need. I only had the brisket sandwich to start my food relationship and I was eager to give it a try so I hopped in the truck snapped some pics and chowed down. The brisket flavor was on point and the texture was perfect and you could tell the chef took his time to craft something so good, the BBQ sauce im not sure if it's homemade but tastes like a secret recipe and it's so good, although i wish i had more bbq sauce on my sandwich I was kinda glad I didn't because the flavor profile was perfectly matched. It was reasonably priced and I guess because I'm a good guy I even got a free soda. Located inside the fantastic indoor swap meet and very clean inside. You know good food when you smell it and that's what brought me in and I'm glad I stopped and gave them a try, I can't wait to see what's next on the menu but I already know they won't disappoint.
