The Sparklings

First time I went, the server was amazing! We had a big party and he was always on top of everything, food was great!
Second time I went for a birthday and was also a large party, this time the server was a bit slow and impatient, my family doesn't speak English, so I have to translate and show them pics of the food
I still going to keep the 5 starts in consideration of our first server

Party of 11 for dinner and The Sparklings crushed it...

The Sparklings Decor & Service: Pastel colors, large and lovely chandeliers, and contemporary lighting provides for an attractive open dining room area. Flowers are strategically and you can almost mistake the dining area for a furniture showroom. The team of servers assigned to our party were on point. Drinks were always fresh and they kept the table clear. The kitchen delivered our appetizers and main dishes to the table quickly.

The Sparklings Cuisine: The crispy calamari was the appetizer to get the evening going. I had the pork chop and it was fantastic. The meat was tender and cooked to a perfect medium. Served with a tasty balsamic glaze, pineapple and served with Spanish rice made for an interesting but complimenting pairing. Very creative. I sampled the clam linguine and the white wine sauce was on point. The bacon and mushroom spaghetti was also delish with it's creamy sauce. The Sparklings pasta game is on point.

The lovely decor and the creative dishes ensures a return visit. The menu is extensive and offered some interesting Mexican dishes I'm looking forward to trying. Until then, cheers!

This place was incredible. First visit. Can't believe we haven't found this place sooner. The food was incredible and the service was top notch. Andreaw was our server. One of the best we've ever had. Highly recommend this place.

Awesome food!

Absolutely amazing! Went on a rainy Wednesday night, and sat in the lounge area surrounding the bar. The bartender, Michael, was wonderfully attentive, gracious, and warm. He was knowledgeable about the menu, the newest additions, and was able to get us specific information about ingredients in order to avoid a possible allergic reaction. All while tending a 3/4 full bar!

We had the truffle corn and shrimp bruschetta apps, with a perfectly cooked medium rare rib eye steak entree. Mixing in the remaining truffle corn into the Spanish rice was a stroke of genius on our part.

For dessert, and certainly the best for last, was the creme brulee...so wonderfully silky, and so much fun breaking the sugar on top!
