They cool. The reason for 3 stars is because they are NOT always open during their business hours that are posted everywhere. I hate that because we expect a business to be open during the business hours that they claim. If you folks are NOT gonna be open during a certain time, perhaps CHANGE your business hours, just PLEASE STICK to it.

Let me first say that the smoothies and food served here are both tasty and made fresh. The reason for the 3 stars is the level of service and the time it takes to get your order through the drive through. I can understand that sometimes it gets bust, but I have had to wait more than 10 minutes in the DRIVE THRU on many occasions, all at different times of the day. I always try to make the employees smile but it seems like no one wants to work here.

Again, the food and drinks are great but if you're looking for good and timely service then this is not the place for you to be. It's a shame that I have to travel further away from home because the poor and untimely service provided at this location.

I shopped this location for almost 3 months because I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but the poor service has remained the same throughout that time.
