Great people, yummy vegan Filipino food 💚

I don’t even know where to start. Tucked away inside Fred’s Tavern on Lamb in North Las Vegas. This may be an out of the way destination but it’s one that’s definitely worth the trip. I was worried the Asada nachos would be soggy by the time I got home but the thick cut chips hold up to the sauce and toppings. Great serving size and tons of gooey vegan cheese sauce, deliciously flavored asada, fresh pico, and vegan cheese shreds - each chip was the perfect bite. The Korean skewers were tender and meaty, with a delicious saucy marinade served with perfectly cooked rice. My first time having spam masubi has me kicking myself for waiting this long. They are like giant sushi roll slices of pure deliciousness! Their unique take on lumpia - jalapeño popper - are out of this world! And last but not least, don’t pass on dessert - the Oreo lumpia (whaaat?), were another unique and CRAZY GOOD creation! I had the ube lumpia before and they were good, too. Also great that the husband and wife chefs are two of the nicest and hardest working in town. Roll the Veg is performing some Filipino Vegan Majjac that you don’t want to miss.

I LOVE their food. I order atleast twice a week lol. My obsession is the Vegan Adobo and Shanghai Lumpia! You will not be disappointed !!

Absolutely outstanding food! As a former vegan, it made me consider starting up again. I'm so proud to have this place in the neighborhood and will definitely try more of what they have.
