Vegas Test Kitchen

Super neat idea for an eatery! We went on Vegan Wednesday which was a little unfortunate only because the only chef for the evening was from Down2Earth Plant Based Cuisine (although it was delicious vegan food!). Will be going back again to try other chefs who work out of the test kitchen. From Down2Earth we ordered the Brussels sprouts, truffle Mac n cheese, and buffalo pizza. The Brussels sprouts were phenomenal!

I went to VTK over labor day weekend '22 and had an amazing time. The food, the service, and ambience were perfect. Also, the app for ordering food was very straightforward and intuitive. I'll be back again.

(I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, but wasn't a problem. Plenty of food options and the pizza was my favorite dish.)

It's a great place all in all for vegans they're like a young vibe and tasty food. I will say the chef salad is a little small for the price. The pizza is amazing! Customer service was great the young lady helped me order the food because you can only order online. If you're vegan I would give this spot a try! I had to order another Pizza though so be prepared to spend at least about $50 or more!

This pizza is AMAZING!! This is my absolute favorite kind of white pizza, and they nailed it! Everything tasted so fresh, they were accommodating to our group of 7, their ordering system is hands down the best I've ever used, making it super easy for a large group to order and pay separately. To top it off, every employee we encountered was super friendly. I will definitely be back!

Today I enjoy cuisine from Chef Royden's with Pidgin at Vegas Test kitchen. We enjoyed two entrees Lechon and Skirt steak and one appetizer the Barrada. We also had dessert from PopnPies. The food was excellent and the libations we're outstanding, ended enjoying 4 tattooing sunrises by the inhouse bartender. If you get a chance to enjoy this location and the many chefs and bakers this place has to offer.
