Outstanding service, incredible panoramic view, amazing food. Everything we ordered exceeded my expectations. They had a special of the day which was a vegetable and prosciutto board which was out of this world (picture attached). For 3 of us three grand total after tip was 280$ which felt like very good value for the experience we had. I'll be back here again.

Finally a restaurant that proves you can provide great service, great food and a view! From booking our reservation to the goodbyes from our servers, the service standard at this restaurant were the exception to the mediocre service we experienced elsewhere in Las Vegas. The food...... from the table bread to the treat with your bill and everything In between was uniquely presented and prepared to be the nearest thing to a perfect dish. Each course out did the previous, leaving us not wanting to leave! The view of the strip is spectacular..... but the food and service is better!

We had a retirement dinner for a good friend and Co-worker here at Vetri Cucina and it was one of the most amazing dining experiences " I " , we've ever had. The only thing better than the outstanding food was the service. We felt so special and welcome. The food was over the top!
    We (9) nine of us enjoyed dinner family style. it's not on the menu however, you can ask and they will put it together in spectacular fashion! We had;
Foie Gras Pastrami with brioche and mostarda.
Sweet Onion Crepe with white truffle fonduta.
Beef Tartare with giardiniera and rye cracker.

Chestnut Rigatoni with wild boar ragu.
Saffron Fusilli with lobster, tomatoes and pernod.
Pappardelle with beef ragu and smoked mushrooms.

Mesquite Grilled Seafood Misto with lemon and olive oil.
Carter Country Ribeye '40oz" , "Fiorentina" with chicories and beans.
Whole Roasted Bass with potatoes and artichokes.

    Coconut Bonet with seasonal fruit.
Sicilian Pistachio Flan with milk chocolate gelato.
Gorgonzola Dolce with persimmon jam and honeycomb.

More than enough to share with great company.
Remember it's not where you eat or what you eat. It's about who you eat it with...

We were seated next to the windows overlooking Las Vegas and it was Grand. We can't thank the entire staff enough for making dinner celebration such a special memory.
Shout out and Kudo's to Lee ! Outstanding service Sir!
    Overall 5, Food 5, Service 5, Ambiance 5.

Wow, this place completely changed my mind about italian food! I've always been so skeptical since it's always just been meat, boiled pasta, and sauce but this place has some dazzling dishes with the most complex flavors. Their lobster pasta and meat dumplings were the star of the show, in my opinion, and I was fortunate enough to try almost all of the menu in our party!
I will say that their featured items, including the steak and salted fish, although incredible in appearance, were nowhere near worth the listed price!
The service was great, and their wine recommendations were spot on. I was also a fan of their water glasses!

Pro tip: as their location is on their 50+ floor, get a table with a view!

New Italian restaurant off the Strip , Vetri is part of the new line of venues opening at the Palms throughout their renovation. Vetri occupies the former space of Alize and the design is very nice with amazing views of the Strip. Service is top notch and you can tell that all the dishes are prepared with a lot of detail, technique and ultimately taste delicious. Just note the price point is $$$$ due to the smaller portions, especially with the pastas. If you plan on skipping the entrees and just want to dine on pasta, you may have to order at least 2 dishes for yourself or look to share multiple pastas family style with others.
