Wow!?! I swear their spicy chicken sandwich tasted WAY better then I remember!!!

Burgers are delicious I'll give them that, but over the years this chain has gone down hill. They need to do something to bring more people in. It feels a little depressing walking in to a wendy's.

Service with a smile and they actually cook the food fast. I didn't have any problems at this location

Now, after a terrible experience at Fatburger we took our money to Wendy's, and I am glad we did! The gentleman named Semaj who took our order needs some lessons in customer service, but the other person was upbeat and seemed happy to assist who seemed to be the manager turned our night around! Even after the fries we first received were terrible, when we came back around he stepped up to the plate to make a fresh batch and even made sure before we took off that they were up to our standards! I really wish we would've gotten his name because he was the reason we still can have hope in fast food places! We visited on November 23rd at 11:19pm! Thank you once again! Keep up the good energy!????

The food quality in most chain restaurants varies little, Wendy's usually serves fresh decent quality fast food. What can set a location apart is the service. We have never gotten poor service at the 1151 S. Rainbow location. Employees are friendly, courteous, and efficient. Good work.
