    As of this post, I have visited the Windy City Beefs-N-Dogs near Silverado Ranch and the current one that I am visiting on Lake Mead. This one appears to be busier than the one at Silverado Ranch. It feels a little more impersonal, but when my order was ready the cashier immediately knew who I was and served me my food. On this visit, I ordered the Foot Long Vienna Chili Cheese Dog and fries.I may be mistaken, but it appeared that my foot long was actually made of 2 separate 6 inches. Still, it did not deter from the taste. The Lake Mead location actually has restaurant size napkins along with paper towel rolls.Despite the fact that lines were long, tables were filled and the place was obviously busy, everything was clean... And I mean all the time.

    The only thing keeping this place from getting a 5-star review from me was the lack of personal connection with the customers. If someone had stopped to ask how my day was or made a comment about something that I was wearing to make me feel like more than "just a customer", this place would have been given rave reviews. However, my opinion does nothing to deter from the quality and productivity that this business has displayed. I will be returning

    It was a great place. Aside from all the Cubs stuff (Go Cardinals) it was a nice neat little place to enjoy a hot dog and beef sandwich. Love the soggy shoestring fries!

    The best ever, period. Best service with smiles and down to earth. Food is amazing. It's like walking back into time in Chicago.

    I LOVE this place when I'm craving a piece of the windy city!!! Beefs, beef and sausage, cheese fries, and did I mention PIZZA PUFFS!?!?!? only place other than chicago I've been able to find a pizza puff!!!! Seevice and food are excellent!!! Order at the friendly counter, help yourself to a soda and check out the decor taking you back to the second city! Also, everyday they have a name of the day that changes daily and if your name is the same as the name of the day they give you a free hot dog or something! Love this place!

    Best Chicago dog and wet beef sandwich I've had in a long time. I wish it was closer to my place. But with how good and wonderful customer service I don't mind the drive at all.
