    If you haven't been to Katherine's you have missed out on some of the finest dishes you will experience in Nevada.

    My favorites are the jumbo shrimp, lobster bisque, the seafood Diablo and banana fosters.

    We make the drive from Vegas every few months to upgrade our palate.

    The service is always spectacular.

    Best place to eat and great atmosphere closest to St George. I have always enjoyed my meals there and the staff is great especially when you are having a celebration of any kind.and will be there on February 5, 2022 for a celebration

    Wonderful Christmas Eve Dinner at Katherine's. The Halibut and Mixed Medley Special along with my Steak Diane were all fabulous. Thank you Carlos for your fantastic service & dynamic personality. Merry Christmas.

    Well worth the money. High quality service, presentation and delicious food. Great selection of wine. Easily the best place to dine in Mesquite.

    I took the family here for the first time last night. Everything was amazing. Our waiter Rubin was the best. Top notch VIP service for sure. We will be going back again.
