Peggy Sue's 50's Style Diner

Super cute 50's style dinner. We got there about 45 minutes before they closed because we were traveling back home to Washington State. FYI always go to any restaurant no later than an hour and 30 before it closes because just like any other job that last hour is always slightly lagging. I still gave it 5 stars because I know better lol. I wished we could have been in for breakfast, I bet it's amazing! The staff was polite, accommodating but you could tell they were ready to go home. Friendly suggestion for the staff to play into the 50's role and have some fun with it. I've been in the restaurant industry for 29 years and guests love that sort of thing. 🙂

Good food, quantity worth the buck and cozy atmosphere.
The bacon was decent Thickness, well cooked and flavorful. Great job on make the eggs over medium, sour dough toast was spot on perfect amount of butter and hashbrown were crispy but not too much so, soft n crunchy. The coffee was restaurant coffee, acidic and coffee flavored not to strong, not to weak. Overall a place you wouldn't expect in a little town with buffets and casinos.
Would definitely recommend eating her for price, quantity and flavorful food. Customer service was very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic breakfast! 10/10 would go back everyday if we were staying in the area. Awesome service and great atmosphere. Best omelette, super fluffy and the hash browns were crispy perfection! When you show up at a old school diner and it looks like this place and your server is named Ronda you know it’s gonna be good!!!

The food here is just what you'd want from a diner. People need to be more understanding that this is real food, you have to wait while they cook it, remember! Ronda was a treat and took care of my family like she was serving her own. They need a change at the front though, someone with a personality would be a good start. Someone welcoming that can work with the people through the wait period would have earned the last star.

Food is okay and service was pretty slow! Especially for how slow it was on the day I went.
