Great Basin Brewing Company - Minden

Zucchini sticks were good, a little soggy but over all good. We had the margarita NY style pizza not so great… they put the basil on it and cooked it in the oven… so the basil burned and turned brown. I like the place but needs some TLC. We saw workers just standing around and what’s funny is they want tips for doing what? We picked up our food and drinks and bussed our own table and ordered from the Kisok……Tips??? for what?

I’m not impressed.

1. Have to order and pick up your own food. Too much like Minden Meat.
2. Was very loud in there and a few of us got stabbed by protruding backrest (see photo)
3. Have to bus/clean up your own table.
4. Pretzel too dark, but bbq chicken pizza was great.
5. Exit was not clearly marked, didn’t know/see how to get out of the parking lot.

May be back to try other items on the menu.

This is such a great and much needed addition to this area. The vibe is inviting, the food was great and super affordable, the service was outstanding, and good beer as always. We got two Roadside burgers with fries and a chocolate shake to share, so yum! Can’t wait to sit on the patio when the weather gets nicer!
