(April 12, 2019, 9:07 pm)Simply put one of the great meals of my life. John our server was FANTASTIC. Foie gras starter was prepared perfectly and highly recommend John choice of wine pairing, a Hungarian sweet wine. Waygu tomahawk was cooked to perfection and out of this world. We paired it with a delecious Duckhorn Zin but the steak was so magical it would've accompanied any red well.The choclate soufle was a wonderful way to end meal and glad we ordered it. It's finished tableside and perfect finish, not too sweet. I've been fortunate enough to eat at some of the countries greatest steakhouses and Ciera hold it's own amongst the very best of them. To top everything off the staff is extremely professional, seasoned, well polished. We had eaten at a Ruth's Chris several days prior and the experience was night in day. In comparison the service at RC was amateur. Will definitely be going back my next time in Tahoe!
